"Haru" - Haruko Kato

 

The native Japanese Haruko Kato met at one of the most prestigious cooking schools in Japan their craft. She studied German language on the university. After her training she went to Germany and worked at "Daitokai" - one of the first Japanese restaurants in Munich. She moved back to Japan to deepen her cooking skills. She learned again about two years and worked as assistence for several television productions. Back in Germany, she also learned "German cooking" or better said bavarian cooking. Haru has lived for over 12 years in Germany and is almost a little "German". In her last position at the restaurant "Toshi" she also met Siripong Ratius. They decided to open her own restaurant. From the idea to realsierung but should pass two more years.

"Siri" - Siripong Ratius

 

The Thai Siripong Ratius has his 5-year training in hotel management at the famous "Dusit Thani - group" completed in Bangkok. At that time, the "Kempinski" hotel group belonged to this group. He came to Germany 20 years ago - only went to school and then again to the Hotel School to "Altötting" order to learn the peculiarities in the European hotel sector. After his successful graduation, he worked for 7 years for the hotel "Vier Jahreszeiten" in Munich.
